Payroll Administrator / £25,000 - £30,000 / Tonbridge, Kent (Hybrid)
My client, a leading practice within the Kent market, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the payroll team and working with a portfolio of clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
1. Processing payroll for a portfolio of clients (ranging from 5 staff - 200+ staff) on a weekly/monthly basis
2. Managing auto enrolment, SSP, SMP, SPP and other statutory payments
3. Processing all tax documentation, including student loans, P60's, pensions and P45's
4. Answering any client queries
5. Maintaining accurate payroll records
6. Developing relationships with clients
Experience
1. 2+ years' experience within Payroll, ideally within a practice or bureau environment
2. Experience with Sage and/or Xero
3. Organised and dedicated mind-set
4. Able to cope with tight deadlines
Package
1. Salary of £25,000 - £30,000
2. 25 days holiday allowance
3. Hybrid working, 3 days office based, 2 days WFH
4. Flexible hours
