We are recruiting an Office Assistant to join our client's friendly team based near Northleach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to become an integral part of a supportive team.
This is a full time, permanent position and will be office based.
What You'll Be Doing:
. Supporting the senior administrator with day-to-day office admin
. Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and occasionally in person
. Managing customer queries
. Keeping the website updated
. Helping with marketing emails using Active Campaign (no prior marketing experience needed!)
. Maintaining and updating the customer database
. Order processing
We're Looking For Someone Who:
. Has a strong telephone manner and good written communication skills
. Is organised, efficient, and has great attention to detail
. Is computer literate and confident using new software
. At least one year of experience in an admin role
