This dual role combines the responsibilities of managing HR administration across our global operations and providing executive support to the CEO. Description The key responsibilities: HR 50% Administer HR processes across three global locations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies. Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, contracts, and benefits documentation. Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Assist with performance management processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Monitor and manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with line managers and employees to address HR-related queries and provide guidance. Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior leadership. Executive Assistance (50%) Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Attend and take minutes at confidential senior leadership team (SLT) meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up. Monitor progress on key tasks and initiatives assigned to the SLT, providing regular updates to the CEO. Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage logistics for CEO and SLT activities. Draft and proofread communications, presentations, and reports as needed. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Profile A successful EA / HR Coordinator to CEO should have: A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field / CIPD qualified Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Previous EA experience to senior leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS). Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Excellent multitasker Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
