About the Role
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury Team in their Exeter office. This position involves providing comprehensive support to fee earners while developing direct client relationships. The firm encourages professional growth and offers training to complement your existing experience.
Paralegal Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to fee earners within the Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury department
* Maintain direct client communication and manage client files with attention to detail
* Handle first contact calls, ensuring exceptional client care from initial interaction
* Assist with case management and documentation in compliance with firm procedures
* Contribute to the department's ongoing development and success
* Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the team
Paralegal Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal environment
* Strong client service orientation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
