An exciting opportunity had arisen for a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Surgical division in a busy and fast paced operational environment on a fixed term basis. The post holder will work together alongside the Service Delivery Managers and General Managers in operationally managing busy services as well as managing the admin and booking teams to ensure that administrative processes are followed and continuously improved accordingly. They will show initiative through managing key responsibilities to support with the achievement of national and local targets, providing a consistent high quality patient led service and through the daily running of the Surgical services.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate team leader and/or management skills and are passionate about service improvement and access to high quality patient care. You should have great communication skills and thrive working within a busy and changing environment. Knowledge around NHS national targets/standards is desirable as is previously line management experience. Excellent customer service experience is essential and these skills can be demonstrated in your application and interview.
