Edith Stein Catholic Academy Trust (ESCAT) seeks to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated person to fulfil the dual role of Chief Financial Officer for the Multi Academy Trust (MAT) and School Business Manager for Oaklands Catholic School and Sixth Form College.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys taking the initiative and has the resilience and ability to manage people effectively as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is commercially astute, yet innovative. The appointed candidate will understand the challenges of working in the public sector, ideally schools, local authorities, or the health sector. They will also have experience with company and charity accounting.
If you are a Catholic, you will understand the distinctiveness of Catholic schools such as Oaklands, and this will be attractive to you. You do not have to be a Catholic, but will need to be comfortable with the values and working in the Catholic sector.
