Careline Lifestyles are looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to assist in leading our nursing and residential home. About you: You will have proven senior experience, be able to lead and manage a team of staff to support the Care Home Manager. You will have experience delivering quality care and continuously assessing our service users needs and wishes whilst developing the service to consistently enhance quality of life. You will have experience in ensuring there is sufficient staff cover for the home as well as ensuring all staff members are contributing to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the home and the creation of the right atmosphere. Experience in managing complex care services Excellent communications skills & friendly personality Ability to maintain a strong working relationship with the Home Manager as well as the service users, relatives, staff members, Head Office, Directors and any other concerned bodies.
