What the Job Involves Leading internal and external recruitment processes across the council to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and line managers. Supervising the recruitment work stream and onboarding processes for the local authority. Driving redeployment initiatives and all related activities aligned with Hillingdon's procedures. Providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and advertising, serving as the internal expert on Hillingdon ATS systems and operations. Managing recruitment requests, crafting compelling job advertisements, ensuring timely processes, and maintaining high-quality system input. Coaching hiring managers and coordinating stakeholder queries for process resolutions. Working alongside the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager to promote inclusive recruitment processes. Supporting the interview and feedback process to maintain high quality standards. Meeting SLAs for recruitment services and overseeing the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks. Running ATS reports and engaging in direct sourcing for key roles as needed. Collaborating with HR for specific recruitment campaigns and taking on ad hoc projects.
