Role Overview
Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Land Agent (MRICS qualified) to join their rural team in the Leicester office. The successful candidate will have a robust background in property and estate management, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and rural property matters. This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow within the company while working on a variety of rural projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with a wide range of private clients on diverse rural projects
2. Manage the sale and letting of rural properties
3. Conduct rural property valuations
4. Oversee estate management tasks
5. Handle compensation and compulsory purchase matters for landowners and acquiring authorities
Candidate Requirements
6. MRICS or AssocRICS status, ideally with FAAV
7. A minimum of 3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
8. RICS Registered Valuer status is desirable but not essential
9. Strong service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients
10. Proficient in IT and time management
11. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
