We are currently looking for a bright and proactive Receptionist to join our Exeter office.
This is a full-time permanent role, providing an efficient and effective reception, client hospitality and administrative service, working alongside our existing Senior Receptionist. The role requires a flexible approach and a willingness to learn, along with excellent client service and administrative skills, with the ability to present a professional image of the Firm. Given the nature of the role, it is an office-based position.
Main duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting clients
2. Keeping reception and the client suites tidy and well-stocked
3. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
4. Monitoring stationery and office supplies
5. Answering the phone
6. Diary management for meeting rooms and car park bookings
7. Assisting with photocopying and scanning
8. Other ad-hoc admin duties
The hours for this role are full time, 08:45- 17:00.
Who you are
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a positive and proactive team player, remain calm under pressure, and approach all given tasks with excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You will take pride in maintaining high standards of work and seek to provide an outstanding level of service to clients and colleagues.
Ideally, you will have already gained some reception or front of house experience and possess good keyboard skills, while being keen to expand your skills and experience further.
