As a Support Analyst, you’ll be taking ownership of some vital data management and analysis to identify trends in our business lifecycle that will genuinely change Kia’s future. Managing and leading research projects as well as competitor studies to ensure we’re staying ahead of the market Producing and distributing weekly and monthly activity and performance reports on our departments – you’ll also have autonomy to develop and enhance reporting to provide greater clarity, insight, and forecasting Carrying out in-depth monthly analysis of warranty claims, monitoring dealer activity and performance, analysing claims data and identifying trends and focus areas Providing administrative support for the co-ordination and management of warranty audit activity Collating and producing accurate monthly invoicing files for relevant service programmes Assisting the Quality team with the collation and provision of new model service data Carry out research and competitor studies for service programmes and warranty offerings Providing general support and assistance to the Service & Quality and field teams Am I right for this?
