Position: Quality Manager
Industry: Food & Beverage Industry
Salary: £40,000K per annum
Location: East Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with customer, legislative, and industry quality standards, exceeding expectations where applicable, and maintain food safety culture.
2. Manage customer complaints, defect reports, and non-conformances with effective logging, investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
3. Plan, coordinate, and control Quality team activities to deliver the right product on time while achieving business KPIs.
4. Lead audits, maintain calibrated measuring equipment, and drive continuous improvement to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
5. Recruit, develop, and motivate the Quality team, ensuring resources align with operational needs and achieving departmental KPIs.
The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate 2 to 4 years minimum as a quality manager within food & beverage or similar industries.
