Main duties of the job
1. Be the friendly face of our practice, guiding patients to the right services.
2. Manage appointment bookings and provide appointment cards when necessary, ensuring patients get timely access to care.
3. Accept, issue, and distribute prescriptions, letters, forms, specimen bottles, and more with precision.
4. Address patient inquiries, resolve problems, and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.
5. Inform patients about our practice procedures and help them navigate our services smoothly.
6. Assist new patients in the registration process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
7. Provide excellent phone support, answering calls promptly and directing them as needed.

18. You're proficient with IT and can manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Desirable
20. Previous experience as a medical or healthcare receptionist is desirable.
