Are you an experienced Systems Analyst with experience providing support for HR Systems, if so, this is the job for you? Working within People and Organisational Development at NatureScot you will provide support services to internal colleagues in our use of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Applications. You will provide system administration, system maintenance, business intelligence reporting and second line helpdesk support. In addition, you will also deliver system developments and enhancements in line with the Oracle Cloud Applications quarterly update program. You will provide training and guidance on new functionality to system users., The posts primarily supports the following modules from our Fusion HCM Suite: Core & Self-Service Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning, Benefits & Pensions, Payroll and Reports & Analytics. Although the role will be to support Oracle Cloud Applications Fusion HCM functionality, candidates with relevant experience of other HR systems are encouraged to apply.,
* Problem Diagnosis and Issue Resolution using excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills

* System Security; Data Access and Role Management
* Management of Scheduled Processes
* Testing: Co-ordinate user testing and maintain testing record documentation
* Continuously improve relevant existing modules with a view to streamlining processes. Utilise new and emerging functionality ensuring applications meet user and business requirements, whilst maximising the return on our investment in Oracle Cloud Applications.
* Understanding of databases
* Use Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to create/update analysis reports
* Troubleshoot developed BI reports and detail required changes
* Review quarterly Oracle Fusion updates: potential impacts, testing, and liaison with Oracle as necessary

* Specialist analyst knowledge and experience of Human Resource related systems.
* Operational HR, Payroll, Recruitment or Learning & Development experience
* Experience of full system testing including developing test scripts and analysing test data.
* Knowledge and understanding of HCM related Fast Formula
* A methodical approach to Problem solving and Business Analysis
* Organisational skills with a flexible approach to a diverse workload.
* Good interpersonal skills that contribute to collaborative/team working and customer orientated service provision
* Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Business Intelligence reporting including of BI Publisher reports, OTBI Analyses and Subject Areas
* SQL Knowledge and Practical Experience

* Proof of right to work in UK, and be living in UK
* To undertake a Disclosure Scotland application.
