We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Harm Outside of the Home (HoTH) team in Stockton. If you are committed to safeguarding and reducing exploitation, we want you on our team!
About the Role:
As a Co-ordinator, you will work collaboratively with young people, their families, and professionals to address concerns around exploitation and contextual safeguarding.
You will work to:
1. Support the implementation of the Harm Outside of the Home (HoTH) across Stockton, adopting a multi-agency, systems-wide approach.
2. Provide specialist advice to practitioners and partner agencies in relation to Harm Outside of the Home (HoTH)
3. Provide coaching and support to staff with complex young people who are considered at significant or strong risk of exploitation.
4. Help to deliver training and workshops in partnership with others to raise awareness of Harm Outside of the Home (HoTH)
5. Work with partners in the triangulation of information to inform decision making and the coordination of services.
6. Contribute to the assessment of risk around young people, persons of concern and locations of concern, including regular review of the levels of risk and intervention.
7. Support with the plans for disruption of exploitative relationships and links with young people.
