Our leading national Block Property Management client is seeking a proven Block Manager who is keen to progress there career into new business development and on-boarding. Working within a highly successful team, you will play a key role in guiding new customers with best suited products and services in addition to supporting the wider business with client on-boarding.
No more AGM's!, no more complaints!, this role is purely positive conversations with client seeking a new solution to suit there buildings needs. This is not a sales job, more solutions design and implementation for clients seeking a new Block Property Management service

Duties Include:
10. Working with the wider business to develop a growth strategy
11. Market research to identify new industry trends and potential clients
12. Manage new client enquires / requests for information
13. Manage new client process life cycle from enquiry to pitch meetings, data collation, contracts and support integration / on boarding
14. Work with local branches to identify new business leads and contacts
15. Keep accurate records of your targets, pipeline, sales & revenue
16. Provide feedback and after-sales support
17. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
18. Supporting / educating Branch Managers and Property Managers on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness
19. Attending local industry events to support with company brand and build contacts
Experience needed:
20. Proven Block Management experience e.g. Block Manager, Senior Block Manager or similar
21. Confident in consulting others with best practice and process within Block Property management
22. Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop client relationships
23. Commercially aware and ability to draft budgets
24. Pro-active and keen to develop
25. Good time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
26. Full drivers license
27. Experience with MS applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
