Nanny Bears is expanding!
Join the Nanny Bears family as a Deputy Manager @ Cotley Farm setting, a small unique nursery based on a farm in the local area of Whimple.
Nanny Bears recruit team members based on values and attitudes, supporting our family to be made up of passionate, positive and like-minded individuals who understand the importance of creating a nurturing environment for our children. We encourage a new way of working where team members feel valued and respected. All practitioners are professional and understand the importance of attention to detail but our environments are relaxed and sociable, where staff are encouraged to work as family and form strong bonds with each other through conversations and social events.
