The Role: As part of the Creative team, the responsibility of the Mid-Weight Creative will be to assist with delivering market leading and progressive content whilst upholding the SEVENSTORE visual language and creative identity. Reporting to the Creative & Brand Manager alongside the Head of Marketing & Production you will work on a wide range of tasks including creative concepts, art direction and community projects. You and your department will be responsible for creating a unique creative strategy which connects SEVENSTORE to our consumer both globally and locally. You will also collaborate with other departments such as Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce and Store were applicable to ensure your campaign vision is represented throughout all platforms. To excel in this role, you need to be passionate, proactive and extremely organised. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be a strong team player. This role is well suited for an enthusiastic and creative individual looking to work with some of the world’s leading brands, alongside community-based projects across the North-West and beyond. Responsibilities: Ability to interpret briefs and work to tight deadlines Create and present campaign concepts/mood boards for varied product launches and community projects Collaborate with Stylists, Photographers and Videographers to deliver concepts from start to finish Catalogue and maintaining assets, ensuring applicable departments have easy and efficient access Communicate weekly updates from the Creative Department to the wider teams and business, where required Research, idea generation, design, presenting and commissioning on projects Brief and lead relationships with creative collaborators Creating documents and presentations for internal and external projects Establish, maintain and develop relationships with both emerging and established names within the creative industry Help to deliver SEVENSTORE’S creative identity and visual language About you: 2 years of experience preferably in a similar industry Portfolio of work to document past creative projects (needed on application submission) Confident when presenting ideas and giving feedback, both internally and externally Culturally astute and aware of the industry, and wider culture around you Pro-active within projects and studio culture Have an eye for detail Keen interest in fashion & sportswear An understanding of SEVENSTORE’s brand mix and diverse demographic Passion for product and storytelling Well organised and self-disciplined Time management skills Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Natural creative individual who can formulate and articulate new ideas Ability to self-manage and work autonomously Works well in a team and has a “can do” attitude Demonstrable track record of exceptional creative work, with great results The Team From Buying, Merchandise, Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing, the inclusive nature of SEVENSTORE will allow you stay in communication with the wider team, while the focal point being within your department.
