**Position Overview:**
Our client is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating proficiency in managing a caseload independently from start to finish. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working or fully remote arrangements, accommodating the needs of the right candidate.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Conduct thorough title checks, draft contracts, and handle all associated legal documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate transactions.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor and provide support to junior members of the conveyancing team.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive with significant experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven track record of managing a caseload independently and delivering excellent client service.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience with case management systems and conveyancing software preferred.
