The Data and Admin Officer will support the Data Manager in collating and analysing project measurement data for Fit for Mission and Diocese Investment Programmes. You will liaise with the project delivery teams at St James House and colleagues within churches across the diocese ensuring consistency and accuracy in data and financial reporting.
As part of your role, you will also provide admin support for the Programme teams and Project Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Main responsibilities
Data support:
1. To coordinate data collection across all Larger Single Parishes and Single Parishes across the diocese. This will involve liaising with key stakeholders and admin officers.
2. To update the data onto the dashboard, analyse the information and check for inaccuracies.
3. Liaise with finance team to collate quarterly project expenses and update financial spreadsheets for internal projects.
4. Check expenses and invoices for accuracy across the projects and query any discrepancies.
5. Regularly update the finance systems tracker.
6. Support all churches to engage with the audience surveys.
Other responsibilities
Admin support:
1. Producing agendas and minutes for meetings with a quick turnaround, collating the required documentation.
2. Initiating and maintaining a digital filing system.
3. Managing data in compliance with GDPR.
4. Other administrative tasks required to support the Data manager and Senior Project Managers.
