Summary:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Utility People, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients. Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, you’ll identify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and match the best talent to the right opportunities. In addition to recruitment, you will focus on business development to grow our client base and expand our network.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment process, from client onboarding and job brief analysis to candidate sourcing, screening, and successful placement
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and priorities.
3. Identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth
4. Attending industry events and conferences to promote our services and build our brand
5. Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media...
