About you We're seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive Tritium's growth across European markets. In this role, you'll shape and execute marketing strategies that support our mission to electrify transportation through innovative DC fast charging solutions. As a key member of our global marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of sustainable mobility. We are open to where this role is based, either in the UK or Europe. About the role Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the European market • Partner with sales leadership to create programs that drive qualified leads and revenue growth • Manage and optimize marketing budget for maximum impact • Contribute to global marketing initiatives while adapting them for European markets Marketing Program Management • Lead regional event strategy, including major industry trade shows and customer events • Drive lead generation through digital and traditional marketing channels • Develop compelling content that showcases our technology leadership and customer success • Manage PR activities and media relationships across European markets • Create and execute social media strategies that build brand awareness and engagement Sales Enablement & Support • Work closely with sales teams to create effective marketing materials and sales tools • Support key customer opportunities with targeted marketing initiatives • Develop case studies and customer success stories • Create market-specific collateral that drives business growth Stakeholder Management • Build strong relationships with internal teams across sales, product, and executive leadership • Collaborate with global marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and efficient resource use • Manage agency relationships and external vendors • Represent Tritium at industry events and with key partners About you • 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies • Experience in cleantech, energy, or mobility sectors preferred • Strong understanding of European markets and business cultures • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English • Additional European language skills highly valued • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Ability to travel up to 30% of time What’s on offer Our people are our most important asset.
