About the Role
Nottingham City Council is looking for LGV drivers to work across different services within Resident Services. To be responsible for the day to day operations and safety of a small team providing a full range of gardening, refuse, recycling and cleansing duties throughout the City in order to maintain the environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Class 2 LGV Driving Licence
2. Experience/knowledge of the safe operation and driving vehicles such as refuse collection vehicles, gritters and mainline sweepers
3. Be able to work flexible hours on an annualised hours basis. Between 37-45 hours across numerous working patterns (shorter or longer hours throughout different days/weeks)
4. Full CPC
