Here at Logic Fire and Security we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the fire safety sector. In this role, you will be the primary customer interface responsible for developing new business and relationships to drive business growth. You will establish and implement plans and strategies to expand our customer sales base, focusing on the fire systems and fire safety marketplace. The role requires working closely with Account Managers to create a collaborative, one team environment. What you’ll receive from joining us: For this role, a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with OTE of up to £66,000 will be offered, additionally we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and company pension with the working hours: Mon 8am-5pm, Tue, Wed, Thurs 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.00am-3pm. The role offers remote working if you’re not local to our Head Office in Knaresborough, but if you are local, we’d be happy to see you in the office. Those remote working will be expected to visit our Head Office on occasion. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: Develop new customer relationships and engage at all levels, including senior executives, within target customer organisations Identify new sales opportunities, build consultative support, and craft value propositions for customers and attend client networking events Manage customer contacts and act as the company ambassador in the fire safety marketplace Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure effective sales strategies, drive sales with new customers, and deliver accurate forecasts for orders and growth opportunitiesCan you show experience in some of these areas: Ideally, you’ll have a number of years experience developing business with the ability to technically explain our offering.
