42 hours per week (Night shifts)
Hourly Rate: £21.50 (with paid breaks)

Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on night shifts. This role requires an active NMC Pin and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life through high-quality care and support. Qualifications
* NMC Pin Required: Active registration with the NMC and nursing qualification
* Experience in nursing, dementia, or palliative care settings (preferred)
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high standards of care
* Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently during night shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Resident Care: Provide individualized, high-quality care during night shifts to support residents' needs and well-being.
* Medication Management: Safely administer and monitor medications, adhering to all healthcare regulations.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement tailored care plans to promote each resident's physical and emotional health.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow staff to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care activities and observations.
