Key Duties
1. Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses.
2. Conduct pre-screening tests and support optometrists during eye examinations.
3. Handle and manage inventory, including ordering and stocking eyewear and accessories.
4. Provide after-care advice and ensure customers are satisfied with their eyewear.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical store and examination rooms.
6. Process payments, manage appointments, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
7. Work closely with an excellent support team in a superb bright modern practice setting.
8. Manage all customer inquiries while maintaining a well-presented practice.
Working Hours: Monday - Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm, 5 days a week on a rotating basis, including weekends (but not every full weekend). No evening shifts.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements:
1. Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
2. Optical experience is essential.
3. Applications welcomed from Optical Assistants to Practice Managers of all levels of experience.
4. Must be commercially minded.
5. Must be able to work weekends.
