Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our recruitment processes. In this role, you will work side by side with the Head of our Scotland team – Jules Grieve - on one of the busiest desks in the business. Over the past two years, Jules has built the Scotland desk from a standing start to one of the most profitable in the business. You will have the opportunity to learn directly alongside him with the aim of supporting streamlining the recruitment process, maximising efficiencies and increasing profits.
Your focus will be on operational excellence throughout the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. You will engage with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience. As such, you will have a real impact on the success of the Scotland team as a whole and will be rewarded for your contribution to team growth.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
· Conduct thorough market mapping for specific searches, including the creation of tailored candidate pipelines for clients
· Support the writing and formatting of candidate profiles to present to clients
· Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
· Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
· Assist with recruitment reporting, data analysis, and tracking of recruitment metrics.
· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
· Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and hiring managers as needed.
· Handle inquiries from candidates, recruiters and external partners with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Contribute to business development activity through the production of relevant articles interviews and marketing content, as well as meeting with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role preferred but not essential.
· Is process-driven with exceptional organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Conscientious attitude with a desire to become a high-achiever
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
· The most important attributes this person should have are reliability and a hard-working attitude
