Domestic Area Sales Manager Salary : 28K – 30K with uncapped commission Locations : East of England ASM 1 South East for ASM 2. What are we looking for in our Domestic Area Sales Manager • Proven experience in residential sales or service, with a background in field sales preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and deliver tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and overcome customer concerns. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline. • High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy in surveys and reports. • A proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. • Commitment to improving the customer experience and maintaining compliance with company standards. • Will need to pass a satisfactory DBS check. • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel as required.
