Office Administrator, Sheffield £25,000 to £28,000 We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable local business who are going from strength to strength. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a great team dynamic in an administrative role working in this busy office. The role could be done part time in school hours or applications are welcomed from people looking at full time. Role & Responsibilities: To provide comprehensive administrative support - data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, database management, handling post, ordering office stationery and other ad-hoc duties where requires Covering a reception desk - meeting & greeting, dealing with visitor enquires, call handling & screening and showing contractors around the office space Personal support to the senior management team - Booking & organising travel, diary management, appointment setting & management, Formating documents, handling email mailbox and general office support Basic accounts administrator - Sales order processing, invoicing support, process expenses, data input, managment of timesheets and other ad hoc tasks. Required Attributes: Previous experience in an office support role ideally within professional services but this is not essential Competent Microsoft Office user Knowledge and use of Xero would be ideal but not essential Strong admin skills and an excellent telephone manner Confident and pro active appraoch .
