Job Summary
THIS POST WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL JULY 25
The Lincolnshire Integrated Care System brings together health and care providers across NHS, Local Authority, Care providers, Hospice and Third Sector organisations to deliver services to people in a joined-up way without organisational barriers to their care. All of these organisations recognise the opportunities that we have to use technology and digital transformation to deliver services differently, to support people in keeping well, and where needed getting help early and being supported. There is already some use of wearable technology across Lincolnshire that has started to do this. Our Remote Monitoring Programme exists to understand the opportunities to build on this and to ensure we make the right strategic decisions. We need a programme manager who can help build the business case, work collaboratively across system partners and with technical and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of the programme.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience in programme and project management.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills including clear communication, good listening skills, ability to build strong relationships, influence, and negotiate.
* Have experience in the health and care sector, ideally related to how digital technology can support service transformation.
* Be resilient and self-sufficient.
* Work collegiately across the system.
If you would like to be part of this exciting work, please submit an application. This role will not start before 1st April 2025.
