A Day in the Life… As a key member of our Groups Service Team, you'll play a dual role: ensuring exceptional travel experiences for our business clients while also acting as the operational lead for a small team. Your Missions… Oversee the operational management of air, rail, and car rental bookings. Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly, offering effective solutions. Handle disputes and claims with professionalism and efficiency. Cultivate strong relationships with outbound suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination. Tailor services to meet the unique needs of each client, delivering personalized solutions. Ensure a high level of service quality, maintaining close communication with customers. Drive profitability for the business unit by maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage invoicing processes accurately and efficiently. Participate in supplier workshops and internal training sessions to stay current with Group processes. Team Leadership Act as the central point of contact for the team of two members, fostering a collaborative environment. Organize and lead weekly team meetings to align objectives and address challenges. Serve as the operational point of contact for client presentations and critical communications. Support team members by answering questions, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving complex cases. Review budgets and files prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and quality. Report directly to the Team Leader for Group Travel France and Spain, ensuring alignment with broader team objectives. Ideal Candidate: Fluent in French, Spanish and English. Proven experience in the tourism industry, with knowledge of airline trends and market dynamics. Enthusiastic, with a great sense of humor and a positive attitude. Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and supporting others.
