Responsibilities:
* Draught wills and provide advice to clients on estate planning.
* Manage a caseload of probate matters.
* Utilise your knowledge of LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts.
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of conveyancing as it pertains to probate.
* Proficiency in using case management software such as Proclaim and Word.
* Post-qualified experience in probate or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
