Learning Support Assistant – Salford (M30)
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in an alternative provision primary school in Salford. Incoming candidates will be supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Such pupils require additional patience and support throughout their day-to-day. The successful applicant must have experience as a Teaching Assistant, working with SEN or SEMH in some capacity.
* Alternative provision primary school located in the Salford area (M30), easily accessible by bus, tram, train or car.
* £84+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees) paid weekly
* Full-time role Monday-Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel.
* Opportunity to work closely with individual pupils, making a difference.
* November start following registration with Teaching Personnel. Role until the end of the academic year.
* A good knowledge and understanding of SEMH required.

Incoming Learning Support Assistants will be working with children in Key Stage One and Two, supporting pupils’ engagement in the curriculum. Experience following an EHCP is highly beneficial. Psychology graduates are encouraged to apply.
