Are you a Sales Administrator seeking a part time role with a growing business?
We are delighted to be working with this specialist roofing and cladding business as they look to appoint a Sales Administrator on a part time basis.
This position will provide vital support to the Director in the office, following up on tenders and ensuring their sales admin system is working efficiently. Based in Glasgow, this business has established a strong reputation for delivering quality work throughout Scotland, North England and beyond, working alongside architects, main contractors, local builders and private clients for the last 30 years.
Although no 2 days will be the same, duties of the role will include:
* Processing orders via email or phone.
* Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
* Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
* Maintaining and update sales and customer records.
* Contributing to monthly sales reports.
* Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
* Following up with clients following their initial enquiries.
* Procurement of materials for projects.
Requirements of the role:
* Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or similar.
* Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* A team player with high level of dedication.
* Excellent customer service.
* Ability to work under strict deadlines.
