Your new company
This small family-run surveying business, based in Preston, is currently looking to expand. They have been established for a number of years and are seeking an Admin Assistant to contribute to the daily functioning of the business. This will be on a part-time, permanent basis, and there is an opportunity for flexible working hours and days dependent on the candidate and business needs.
Your new role
1. Managing and organising an inbox, ensuring emails are distributed and actioned accordingly.
2. Updating and maintaining the company database and client information.
3. Assisting with all aspects of administration to ensure a smooth running of the business.
4. Ensuring files and compliance are maintained.
5. Utilising excellent communication, both written and verbal.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
2. Previous experience working within administration.
3. Ability to commute to Preston.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Packages and in-house systems.
What you'll get in return
1. £24,000 pro rata.
