We are looking for an experienced Security Manager, with knowledge on security in IT processes, and OSS systems along with GRC framework. The individual will be expected to lead the security relationship with the customer to build the relationship and ensure Ericsson is delivering its Security services as per the contract, set the Security culture across the managed and deliver services across the customer contract.
The individual will also discuss and drive security monetization opportunities with customers as part of the customer relationship management and engagement.
The primary purpose is to:
1. Be Security SPOC for customer to maintain contractual security commitments from Ericsson. Pro-actively drive internal teams to deliver commitments as per contract.
2. Track the deliverable from Ericsson and maintain new requests from customer.
3. Discuss new requests with the customer, scope internally with teams and invoke change management requests to fulfill the same.
4. Be the owner of Security management plan which includes ISO 27 K compliance, security technology controls applied in packet core, OSS, BSS etc.
5. Actively participate in the broader community of practitioners in sharing best practices, knowledge management, harvesting and reuse.
6. Maintain risk register and have continuous discussion with customer and internal stakeholders to minimize risks.
7. Thrive on innovation to work with customer and internal teams to fulfill the gaps and demands.
8. Lead and drive the security culture across the wider delivery and managed services team.
9. Lead the internal team from a quality, audit and assurance perspective to assure the right controls are in place.
Responsibilities:
1. Security broad knowledge with expertise in ISO 27 K. Possess knowledge on Enterprise IT and the e2e technology.
2. Influence the CTO and CSO for security topics in technology and process.
3. Scope, define and design strategy; driving end-to-end security by working with customer teams on strategy, business and technical level, defining business requirements and driving risk assessment.
4. Foster Security knowledge sharing and build repeatable assets for CUs to reuse, including internal roadshows.
5. Define Security solution blueprints.
6. Due-diligence of Risk categorization for key contractual deliverables and pro-active discussion with customers and manage expectations.
Key Qualifications:
1. Education: University degree, BM, MS preferred (engineering).
2. Min years of experience: At least 10-12 years of experience in security area with emphasis on delivering consulting projects to telecom service providers or experience working for a Service Provider in a network or operational security role.
3. Domain experience: security with User Management.
4. Ability to lead end-to-end security vulnerability assessments/audits, and be familiar with industry security tools.
5. Security certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CCIE, CHFI, CISM).
