Responsibilities:
* Curriculum Delivery: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring the continued progress and engagement of students.
* Support and Differentiation: Provide targeted support to individuals and groups of students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaboration: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.
* Assessment and Reporting: Assist in the assessment of student progress, providing valuable insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement.
* Behavioral Support: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will implement positive behavior management strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about best practices and educational innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified as HLTA or equivelant experience.
* Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a demonstrated ability to lead lessons and support diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
* Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine passion for contributing to the educational success of students.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field.
