The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their vibrant Central London office based close to Euston.
You will work as part of a growing Real Estate team known for dealing with exceptional quality work. You will join a vibrant team of five and work with the Head of Department to grow, shape, and drive the department forward.
Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across various industry sectors, commercial leases, licenses to assign, property development, portfolio management, and some construction matters. This role comes with good prospects due to departmental growth.
Requirements
1. You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience).
2. You will have excellent client care skills.
3. Salary is negotiable depending on your background and level of experience.
