This role is a new position that will sit directly under the Head of Ecommerce, and manage 2 ecommerce managers who are already incredibly capable and autonomous. This is very much a strategic/mentoring role, where you will play a key role in reviewing data (From sales and marketing performance) to support forecasting and business plans, as well as keep a daily eye on global web performance to help identify areas for growth or decline.
Applicants must have strong management experience, must have experience in e-commerce, and most importantly must have excellent Excel skills and be happy working with data on a regular basis, as you support and mentor the e-commerce managers to achieve their full potential.
