5 days work setting:
Receptionist Role: One Post is Monday to Friday. Working on Reception requires good communication skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities include dealing with the Switchboard and signing in People on Probation to see their Probation Officers. Administrative tasks will include photocopying, uploading documents onto the system, posting out letters, and printing the daily appointment list. Weekly testing of fire alarms and panic alarms, issuing bus tickets and food bank vouchers to People on Probation are also part of the role.
As a receptionist, it is essential to have good customer service and telephone manner, greeting people on probation.
Skills and Experience required:
* Delivering at pace
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, are essential
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Strong and committed individual who can adapt to unexpected situations
* Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
* Ability to tackle challenges in a competent and reliable way
* At least 1 year's Receptionist experience is required.
Salary: £12.09 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday. The hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday in the office, totaling 37 hours a week, with other working days just on Mondays.
