HS Marston is currently seeking a Vacuum Braze Operator to join their team in Wolverhampton.
Position Summary:
The Vacuum Braze Operator will be responsible for vacuum brazing light alloy and non-light alloy heat exchanger cores, sub-assemblies and fluid management products. The vacuum braze operator will be part of a team responsible for vacuum furnaces. The successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts (am/pm & nights) with the view to move to a 4 on / 4 off shift covering 7 days.
Responsibilities:
* TPM Checks on Furnaces
* Operation of Vacuum Furnaces
* Cycle Verifications
* Post braze inspection
* SAT & Leak up Checks
* NADCAP Support
Basic Requirements:
* Ideal candidate will be apprentice trained; City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience required of vacuum furnace control and operation
* Good communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
* Support ACE activities (5S, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinic)
* Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
* The successful candidate must be willing and able to work shifts (am/pm & nights) with the view to move to a 4 on / 4 off shift covering 7 days
