About the role
Our business development managers are responsible for growth. They identify, research, and develop new market opportunities and provide solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities
* Generate new sales within assigned market segments to ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
* Collaborate with other International SOS companies to identify global leads and opportunities throughout the Group.
* Co-ordinate all administrative and financial activities including contract review, pricing, and invoicing.
* Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target organizations.
* Responsible for successful implementation of new business including all administrative, operational, and financial activities.
* Participate in workshops and networking events.
About you
* Extensive experience in B2B sales or business development within professional services.
* Able to adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication.
* Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas.
* A natural networker and a team player.
* Excellent numerical, written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously.
