Complementary Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To process enquiries according to the agreed procedures
2. Support the sales team with the enquiry process, book and monitor enquiries for allocated house accounts and issue quotations in line with the sales processes where applicable
3. Follow up either directly with the customer or via the sales team until either an order is obtained or information is available as to the customer's intentions
4. Answer customer queries with regard to enquiries in progress and liaise with other departments wherever necessary, including focusing on any special commercial Terms and Conditions, bringing problems to the attention of Management
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Language skills: Fluent English, French preferable
2. Mathematical skills: Strong level required
3. Personal Skills: Interpersonal skills, leadership, interaction with other departments, able to work under pressure, disciplined, assertive, proactive and reliable, Effective team player
4. Experience – Technical Skills: Able to confidently Quote/ Enter / Amend Orders and manage order backlog, Critical thinking and problem solving, Organized and responsive, Ability to manage priorities, Possesses knowledge of products, parts and pricing, Experienced with Export Control, Confident user of M3, Can analyse data and draw correct conclusions. Global view & can see the bigger picture, Able to negotiate with customers, Strong skills within Excel
