We are looking for nurturing, enthusiastic, and resilient individuals who are confident in managing behaviour and supporting pupil well-being. Your ability to build trusting relationships will be essential, as many pupils find it challenging to connect with adults. The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH needs
* Have the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
* Be able to build trust and rapport with students who may have experienced trauma
* Be confident, enthusiastic, and dedicated to pupil development
* Have a child-only DBS registered on the update service (required)
