Our client is a growing and busy financial services firm. Due to growth, the firm is keen to hire a Compliance Analyst. After an initial training period, the role will be hybrid with some travel expected. It’s a really varied role with contact across the business. Reporting into a senor member of the team, the appointee will be responsible for rolling out compliance across operational teams. This will involve horizon scanning and assessing and implementing internal processes to ensure the teams are compliant. This will involve keeping up to date on regulatory changes from a range of sources, providing guidance to operational teams, understanding any gaps in knowledge within the business, and implementing any regulatory changes. Applicants must be compliance professionals, or operations professionals with an excellent understanding of compliance, from the financial services industry. We are keen to speak with individuals who align with these requirements, particularly those who may be available to start within a month, though this is not a strict requirement.
