The role is client facing and forms part of the team which provides a tailored service to corporate and commercial clients. You will be responsible for client contact and managing cases throughout from letter before action and negotiation, through the litigation process and enforcement.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Experience of the full debt recovery process from pre-litigation, issue, CPR and enforcement.
2. Using case management software
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Tenacious and commercially astute approach.
