Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 - 15:15

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be available to work the specified shift pattern and commit to a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls
Identifying and ordering spare parts/accessories
Cross-selling where applicable
Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
Maintain high standards of customer service
Adhere to company policies and proceduresRequirements:
Availability to train between 09:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday, for approximately 6-7 weeks starting from 6th May
Ability to work the specified shift pattern
Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
Be confident, and able to use own initiative
Have a good attention to detail
Be highly customer-focused
Be computer literate
Be flexible
