You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of experienced Account Executives, where duties will include, but not be limited to, overseeing workflow, ensuring relevant training is provided, coaching, mentoring, and 121s. Additionally, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of 4-5 large corporate clients, allocated in line with your experience, strengths, and ambitions.
While previous managerial experience would certainly be welcome, we will consider experienced Account Executives (who have perhaps had some non-official mentoring/coaching experience) ready to step up into an official leadership role. Most importantly, you’ll be fair, approachable, and inspiring, with a genuine passion for developing others.
It is essential that you have experience working as an Account Executive. While this need not extend to managing clients generating £50K+ fees, it is essential that you have dealt with larger commercial risks and can demonstrate the enthusiasm and ability to handle more complex, major corporate risks. You must be a polished communicator capable of securing ‘buy-in’ from corporate clients across various industry sectors.
Our client offers a flexible-working arrangement, allowing you to work from home twice a week. As such, this role will suit candidates from across London and the South East.
