My Building Materials Client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Person / Team Lead to oversee and lead a small sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background with managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to drive team performance, spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role requires a proactive individual who is highly organised and can bring positive energy to the team while managing both inbound queries and team development. Experience: o Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. o Previous managerial or team leadership experience is essential. o Experience with upselling and cross-selling within a sales environment.
