A Field Engineer independently handles the installation, maintenance, and support of customer networks. This position requires proficiency in troubleshooting, reporting, and project completion. Field Engineers work closely with the Engineering Manager, Project Managers, and Senior Engineers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Independently install and maintain networking and communications infrastructure.
* Design, assemble, and install steelwork, masts, and associated equipment.
* Install and commission wireless equipment, including point-to-point radios, CCTV, and networking devices.
* Prepare detailed site visit reports and documentation.
* Troubleshoot network issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain awareness of industry developments and new technologies.
* Ensure company vehicles are adequately maintained and stocked.
* Present a professional and approachable attitude on customer sites.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Meet project delivery deadlines with minimal errors.
* Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and site reports.
